You had non protected sex in your fertile window, test it again as the test will show positive in average 14 days after the conception only … Do your test with the morning urine as it is the most concentrated in HCG if there is a pregnancy it will show .

It is a bit early in your cycle, even if you have a short one, but as I always says ! life known how to make its way. you can count an extention of 72 h after your last intercourse as the spermatozoides are living that time in the womb.

Hi , if you are 3 days before your periods, you are too early to test yourself, it is pure waist. First response test are the earlier and more relible test and they can garantee you a result 3 days before your periods. Also test yourself with the morning urine, if you are pregnant, that the urine that will have the highest concentration in HCG, the pregnancy hormone.

every time you have unprotected sex there’s a possibility of getting pregnant. seems like you didn’t yet reach your fertile period as it’s only 4 days after your period so the chances are a bit smaller, though. good luck

Hi , skipping a cycle can happen, you had random intimate moment in your fertile window, but we never know … having 2 negative result being already a couple days late … I think they are right… New job, new diet, new gym routine could explain your cycle disbalance… but at anytime if you don feel comfortable with this issue visiting your physician will give you straight answers.

Hi , cycle can change in a women life many many times, change of routine, stress, new job and even work out. The best way to avoid being disapointed is to test yourself as soon you have a doubt as some women will have bleeding looking like periods during the first trimester.

Hi , to cenceive a boy you have to concentrate your tries on the very first days of your fertile windows reason being that boy spermatozoids are consuming more energy so die quicker then the females one in the womb. If you have ease to conceive you might be successful but if you struggle to get pregnant … maybe you should just give as much tries as you can to get just a healthy baby. Also change your diet for a more alkaline one as it suit more the male spermatozoids.

Hi. I got my last period on july 30, 2014. We had intercourse on 13th and 15th day of cycle. On 17th day I got urine infection for which I took antibiotics for 5 days. Can that be the reason of delay in periods or I could be pregnant. My lower abdomen is a bit heavy as it happens during or prior periods.
Hi , you were right into your fertility window, antibiotic treatment can reduce or completelly nil the birth control pills. As of now you are late in your periods, test yourself ! Dont forget to use the morning urine which have a higher concentration in HCG, it will not lie !

Hi , Your cycle need to come back as with Mirena you most likely had no period for a while. Being pregnant is possible but it is always recommended to wait 3 cycle before trying to conceive after stopping birth control. Your cycle starts on the first day of your periods so on july 26th if that spotting was periods, ovulation will be 14 days after that if you have a regular 28 days cycle…. look for an ovulation calendar whenever you sized your cycle lenght !

hello doctor please am really confused. I had my period on august 1 and ended august 7. I did insemination on august 18 and august 26 i started bleeding thinking it was implantation which was quite heavy for 2 days,,,then spotting for 1 day and quite heavy for a day,,,,still spotting til sep 2. I did pregnancy home test on the 1 of sep which was negative and another urine test at my doctor’s clinic on the 2 which was also negative. I never normally have two periods in a month because i was suppose to have my next period sep 1 which is now just a lil spotting. Can i still be pregnant? Am really confused or should i wait to take more pregnancy test? Thank you.
A blood screening pregnancy test is never lying as it look for presence of HCG in your blood the pregnancy hormone, normally did in 2 time to be able to compare if it is increasing of decreasing in case of a miscarriage… With your situation and the hormonal cocktail you took during fertility treatment, I dont think that you can rely on a traditional pee on a stick test.

Hi, ealier you take the emergency birth control pill, more effective it is, dont forger that the action of the pill is to trigger you a period so to destroy the endometra to prevent the nidificaion of a possible fertilized egg… It is quite normal to have a missed cycle afterward, if you are uncomfortable with the missing cycle, please have a chat with your pharmacist or your physician.

Hi ya. The first day of my last period was 19 august. I had unprotected sex on the 26th day 8, protected sex (condom) day 13 and unprotected on the 5 September day 18. Yesterday and today 8&9 sept I have felt nauseous all day on and off and I have had quite bad diarrhea this morning. With irregular cycle there is a master rule to know when it is the time to test yourself. 14 days after the first unprotected intimate moment up to the 14th day after the last day of unprotected intimate moment, as it take that time to built up enough HGC to show a positive result.
