Swelling a bit is normal , i take 10 pounds during my period that disappearing when i am done, some friend look 9 months pregnant …. until the end. But swelling at the point to be disfigured and in pain should encourage you to get a medical opinion about your case….

I bloat (up and down) and its on for like 4 years now. My breast gets soft and tender; right from my hips up to my neck, look big(bloat); and from legs down look tiny/skinny. My tummy bloats and it presses my bladder for quick urination. I mean running fast to empty bladder until i gain comfort. My menses is heavy every month (Not fibroid), i have done several scan to confirm. Is it the same PMDD or premenstrual dysphoric disorder? Or What could be the course of these symptoms in me. Another thing is continuous headache whenever i noticed the increase in size, finger swells, ankle surroundings swells, pressing urination, pimples, heart palpitation etc Kindly advise me.
