  1. yesterday was two weeks I had a surgical abortion but I have been having stomach rumbling and waist pain. all other pregnancy symptoms are gone except tenderness of my breast. is it possible I might still be pregnant?

    1. it is common for women to experience some pregnancy symptoms after termination. you should take a pregnancy test 4 weeks after your next period is due to be sure

    1. Hi Janie, you can use Medabon if you are nine weeks pregnant or less. This means that you had your last menstrual period within the past nine weeks (63 days). If you can’t remember the exact day of your last period, your doctor, nurse, or midwife can help you figure out how long you have been pregnant. Some women should not use Medabon. Tell your health care provider about any current or past health problems—including blood disorders—and any medications you are taking before you take Medabon. Tell your doctor, nurse, or midwife if you have an intrauterine device (IUD)

  8. Terminated a pregnancy four weeks ago( medical abortion). After that, the signs and symptoms of pregnancy disappeared but three weeks after the procedure, i started feeling unwell. Went for scan, it revealed an empty uterus but with a corpus luteum cyst in my left adnexea. Now am feeling the breast tenderness returning and slightly nauseous. Do not know what is wrong with me.

    It might be because of the bleeding that occurs after abortion due to the shedding of the endometrium. It might be possible that your abortion has failed. You should discuss it with your doctor.

    1. Hi there Mag! Most of the women experience swelling (mostly of the stomach) after a d&c procedure. It is normal to have swelling after one to two weeks of d&c, and after that your body will come back to normal. Regards

  13. Hi there Bella! Do you feel any burning sensation or pain while urinating? If yes, then you should visit a doctor ASAP and get yourself checked for cystitis. Other than that, it is normal to have frequent urination after abortion. Regards

    Have severe bloating and have not passed stools now for a week. Feeling extremely uneasy and uncomfortable.

  15. Hello there Namrata, I advise that you see your doctor as soon as you possibly can. Not passing your stools for a week now is not a healthy situation and could cause further health complications.

I was 10 weeks 2 days I’m still bleeding and I have bloating In my abdomen,face, and feet is this normal? all my pregnancy symptoms are gone (nauseaous, dizzyness, headaches, laziness, high pressure) but feel a lot of movement and pressure in my stomach feels like gas it sometimes is uncomfortable /hurts. Is all this normal or has anyone else suffered this before. this is my 1st abortion and I’m a little worried

  19. Hi there Arissa! Bleeding should end within 3 to 4 weeks. All other symptoms you are experiencing are not normal. I advise you to see your doctor as soon as you can. Best Regards

Hi, i had a medical abortion 7 days ago the baby came out but the placenta was very tiny and couldn’t come out so i went to the hospital and the nurse injected me and it came out successfully so at 7th day i began to experience abdominal pain and rumbling of the stomach. Is it normal or is there any course for concern
