  3. Hi I had a surgical abortion 4days ago at 11weeks. I felt fine for 1st 2 days but last 2 days I have been experiencing severe sharp pains in my abdomen, in my back and also in my bum. I’m struggling to urinate because the pain & pressure while trying to get it out is unbearable. My stomach is tender to press. I don’t feel like I have a high temp but I have been having a really pounding heart feeling & my whole body is generally exhausted. As for bleeding that has been normal. Not too heavy, not too light. Is any of this normal?

    1. Hello Mae, retest to see if you are still pregnant in 7 days. Currently your HCG levels in your urine might still be high.

    I had an abortion with misoprostol and I am about to have my second period after that. This month i still have lower belly pain. Sometimes stronger than others. Also sometimes i feel like a slight pull in my belly button. However, the pain isnt strong enough that i need to drink painlillers. Its just there most of the time. My belly feels too big and like with air. Mostly its very uncomfortable. Is this normal after the time that has passed?

    1. Hello Dur, being bloated and having pain in the abdomen area after an abortion is normal. If your fever becomes worse then see your doctor.

  20. I took the 4 pills orally after tha first one about one day later and on 15 that is the day i took misoprostol tablet i bleed heavily after 4 hours. And become lighter by the hour and yesterday i show something whitish came out which is a little hard when touching.. and most importantly when i lay down on my side i feel something hard inside my belly when pressing. Even when i change side in sleeping i feel the belly weight down again i m afraid that mine is not succesful please help me
