Hi there Fransyl, my best advice to you is inorder to prevent pregnancy you should not engage in unprotected sex. To eliminate the use of a condom there are various oral contraceptives and they are mostly 99.9% effective.

Hi there Bukky! In order to increase the likelihood of conception, it’s important to have daily intercourse in the days leading to ovulation and on the day you ovulate. Other than that, complete your vitamin intake daily, reduce stress, take a heathy diet and excersie. Best Regards

Hi there Mimi! Based on the information you gave, you had sex during your ovulation period which means you have higher chance to get pregnant. Take a pregnancy test after one week of your missed period. Best regards

Hi there Dapo Victoria, even though your husband only comes home once a week it must be one of those days around when you are ovulating, have unprotected sex with him all the time to ensure conception, all the best.

I had my period 2nd May 2017 and I had sex on the 5th May 2017, and after sex I took the contraceptive pill. Can I still get pregnant?

Hi there Gloria, once the emergency pill was taken within 72 hours (the earlier the better) of unprotected sex then the risk is very small that conception took place. All the best.

Hi there Lucy, it is normal to have sore breasts a while after an abortion, if this soreness progresses over a week then take another pregnancy test. All the best.

I always feel pain during first round of sex, but on going the second round, I feel relieved, is the normal please

Good evening Donna, there could be quite a number of reasons for this. However one of the most common reasons is that you might not have been fully relaxed during the first round of sex as a result your vaginal muscles tighten up. Try to relax some more and ensure that your partner stimulates you well before intercourse. Take care.

Hi there Abigail, no, this just means your period came two days early which happens to many women, once this was not accompanied by abnormal symptoms then all should be fine. All the best.
